Article L2200-1 of the French Public procurement code

Subject to the provisions of Book V of this Part relating to other public contracts, the partnership contracts defined in Article L. 1112-1 are governed by the provisions of Book I, with the exception of the provisions of Subsection 4 of the single section of Chapter I of Title VII relating to the characteristics of global contracts, the provisions of Section 2 of Chapter III of Title I relating to allotment, the provisions of Sections 1 to 3 of Chapter I of Title IX relating to advances, payments on account and payment arrangements, and the provisions of Chapter III of Title IX relating to subcontracting.

Article L2200-1

Sous réserve des dispositions du livre V de la présente partie relative aux autres marchés publics, les marchés de partenariat définis à l’article L. 1112-1 sont régis par les dispositions du livre Ier, à l’exception des dispositions de la sous-section 4 de la section unique du chapitre Ier du titre VII relatives aux caractéristiques des marchés globaux, des dispositions de la section 2 du chapitre III du titre Ier relatives à l’allotissement, des dispositions des sections 1 à 3 du chapitre Ier du titre IX relatives aux avances, aux acomptes et au régime des paiements ainsi qu’aux dispositions du chapitre III du titre IX relatives à la sous-traitance.
