The income of the régies endowed with sole financial autonomy, including taxes as well as charges, is the subject of a special budget appended to the municipal budget voted by the municipal council.

However, the establishment of an annexed budget, for drinking water and wastewater services managed in the form of a simple or direct public service, is optional for municipalities with fewer than 500 inhabitants, provided that they produce, as an annex to the budget and administrative account, a summary statement showing, item by item, the amounts of revenue and expenditure allocated to these services.

Les produits des régies dotées de la seule autonomie financière, y compris les taxes ainsi que les charges, font l’objet d’un budget spécial annexé au budget de la commune voté par le conseil municipal.

Toutefois, l’établissement d’un budget annexe, pour les services de distribution d’eau potable et d’assainissement gérés sous la forme d’une régie simple ou directe, est facultatif pour les communes de moins de 500 habitants, dès lors qu’elles produisent, en annexe au budget et au compte administratif, un état sommaire présentant, article par article, les montants de recettes et de dépenses affectés à ces services.
