Article L2221-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The régies mentioned in articles L. 2221-1 et L. 2221-2 are endowed with:

1° Either legal personality and financial autonomy, if the municipal council or the syndicate committee has so decided;

2° Or financial autonomy alone.

Article L2221-4

Les régies mentionnées aux articles L. 2221-1 et L. 2221-2 sont dotées :

1° Soit de la personnalité morale et de l’autonomie financière, si le conseil municipal ou le comité du syndicat en a ainsi décidé ;

2° Soit de la seule autonomie financière.
