Concessions may be converted into longer-term concessions.

In this case, a sum equal to the value represented by the converted concession, taking into account the time remaining until its expiry, is deducted from the conversion price.

Les concessions sont convertibles en concessions de plus longue durée.

Dans ce cas, il est défalqué du prix de conversion une somme égale à la valeur que représente la concession convertie, compte tenu du temps restant encore à courir jusqu’à son expiration.
