Article L2224-11-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When the delegated contract for a public water or wastewater service requires the operator to carry out asset renewal and major repairs, a provisional works programme is appended to the contract. This programme includes an estimate of expenditure. Each year, the delegatee must give an account of its execution in the report provided for in article L. 1411-3.

Lorsque le contrat de délégation d’un service public d’eau ou d’assainissement met à la charge du délégataire des renouvellements et des grosses réparations à caractère patrimonial, un programme prévisionnel de travaux lui est annexé. Ce programme comporte une estimation des dépenses. Le délégataire rend compte chaque année de son exécution dans le rapport prévu à l’article L. 1411-3.
