The mayor defines the rules relating to the collection of waste collected pursuant to articles L. 2224-13 and L. 2224-14 according to its characteristics. He shall impose separate collection arrangements, including where applicable the presentation and location of collection, for at least the following waste:
1° Paper, glass, metal and plastic waste;
2° Waste mineral fractions, wood and gypsum for construction and demolition waste;
>>Waste textiles and textile products
3° Textile waste and hazardous waste, as from 1 January 2025.
It also imposes separate collection arrangements, including where applicable the presentation and place of collection, for bio-waste handed over to the local public service, in accordance with Article L. 541-21-1 of the Environment Code.
The municipal service and, where applicable, duly authorised persons may alone receive this waste.
The management of this waste by the person who produces it may be regulated.
