Article L23-112-2 of the French Labour Code

In the context of the ballot referred to in articles L. 2122-10-1 and L. 2122-6, the candidate employee trade union organisations referred to in article L. 2122-10-6 may indicate on their electoral propaganda the identity of the employees they intend to appoint to the cross-industry regional joint committees, up to a limit of ten employees per organisation.

This propaganda may be differentiated by region.

The identity of the employees appearing on the electoral propaganda and the identity of the employees who are members of the commission are notified to their employers by the employee trade union organisations.

Dans le cadre du scrutin mentionné aux articles L. 2122-10-1 et L. 2122-6, les organisations syndicales de salariés candidates mentionnées à l’article L. 2122-10-6 peuvent indiquer sur leur propagande électorale l’identité des salariés qu’elles envisagent de désigner dans les commissions paritaires régionales interprofessionnelles, dans la limite de dix salariés par organisation.


Cette propagande peut être différenciée par région.


L’identité des salariés figurant sur la propagande électorale et l’identité des salariés membres de la commission sont notifiées à leurs employeurs par les organisations syndicales de salariés.
