Article L2314-36 of the French Labour Code

Any member of the Social and Economic Committee staff delegation may be dismissed during his/her term of office on a proposal made by the trade union organisation that nominated him/her, with the agreement obtained by secret ballot of the majority of the electoral college to which he/she belongs.

Tout membre de la délégation du personnel du comité social et économique peut être révoqué en cours de mandat sur proposition faite par l’organisation syndicale qui l’a présenté avec l’accord obtenu au scrutin secret de la majorité du collège électoral auquel il appartient.
