Article L2316-14 of the French Labour Code

The Central Social and Economic Committee determines, in its internal regulations, the procedures for its operation and its relations with the employees of the undertaking in order to carry out the tasks conferred upon it by this Title.

Decisions of the Central Social and Economic Committee concerning its operating procedures and the organisation of its work, as well as its resolutions, are taken by a majority of the members present.

Le comité social et économique central détermine, dans un règlement intérieur, les modalités de son fonctionnement et de ses rapports avec les salariés de l’entreprise pour l’exercice des missions qui lui sont conférées par le présent titre.

Les décisions du comité social et économique central portant sur ses modalités de fonctionnement et l’organisation de ses travaux ainsi que ses résolutions sont prises à la majorité des membres présents.
