Article L2317-2 of the French Labour Code

In the absence of an agreement as provided for in Article L. 2312-19, the failure, in a company with at least three hundred employees or in a separate establishment with at least three hundred employees, to draw up and submit annually to the social and economic committee the company or establishment social balance sheet as provided for in Article L. 2312-14 is punishable by a fine of €7,500.

En l’absence d’accord prévu à l’article L. 2312-19, le fait, dans une entreprise d’au moins trois cents salariés ou dans un établissement distinct comportant au moins trois cents salariés, de ne pas établir et soumettre annuellement au comité social et économique le bilan social d’entreprise ou d’établissement prévu à l’article L. 2312-14 est puni d’une amende de 7 500 €.
