Article L2321-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

A Conseil d’Etat decree defines the terms and conditions for the application of 27°, 28° and 29° of article L. 2321-2; in particular, it defines the fixed assets that are subject to the depreciation obligation.

The provisions of 27°, 28° and 29° of article L. 2321-2 will come into force as from the 1997 financial year for fixed assets acquired as from 1 January 1996 and for loan guarantees granted as from the same date.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat définit les modalités d’application des 27°, 28° et 29° de l’article L. 2321-2 ; il définit notamment les immobilisations qui sont assujetties à l’obligation d’amortissement.

Les dispositions des 27°, 28° et 29° de l’article L. 2321-2 entreront en vigueur à compter de l’exercice 1997 pour les immobilisations acquises à compter du 1er janvier 1996 et pour les garanties d’emprunts accordées à compter de la même date.
