Subsidies for works are granted by the State or by public establishments under the authority of the State, regardless of the nature of the appropriations from which these subsidies are charged and the resources allocated to them, under the conditions defined by decree in the Council of State.

Les subventions pour travaux sont accordées par l’Etat ou par des établissements publics relevant de l’Etat, quelle que soit la nature des crédits sur lesquels ces subventions sont imputées et des ressources qui leur sont affectées, dans les conditions définies par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
