Article L2341-2 of the French Labour Code

For the purposes of this Title, a Community-scale group of undertakings means a group, within the meaning of Article L. 2331-1, which satisfies the conditions relating to the number of employees and the nature of the business mentioned in Article L. 2341-1 and which includes at least one undertaking employing at least one hundred and fifty employees in at least two of the States mentioned in that same Article.

Article L2341-2

Pour l’application du présent titre, on entend par groupe d’entreprises de dimension communautaire, le groupe, au sens de l’article L. 2331-1, satisfaisant aux conditions d’effectifs et d’activité mentionnées à l’article L. 2341-1 et comportant au moins une entreprise employant au moins cent cinquante salariés dans au moins deux des Etats mentionnés à ce même article.
