Article L2342-1 of the French Labour Code

The head of the Community-scale undertaking or dominant undertaking of the Community-scale group of undertakings shall set up a special negotiating body made up of representatives of all the employees, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2344-1, with a view to concluding an agreement intended to implement the employees’ right to information and consultation at European level.

Article L2342-1

Le chef de l’entreprise ou de l’entreprise dominante du groupe d’entreprises de dimension communautaire met en place un groupe spécial de négociation composé de représentants de l’ensemble des salariés, conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 2344-1, en vue de la conclusion d’un accord destiné à mettre en oeuvre le droit des salariés à l’information et à la consultation à l’échelon européen.
