The European Works Council meets at least once a year.

It is informed in particular about :

1° The structure of the undertaking or group of undertakings ;

2° Its economic and financial situation

3° The likely development of its activities;

4° Production and sales;

5° The employment situation and probable trends;

6° Investments;

7° Substantial changes in organisation, the introduction of new working methods or new production processes;

8° Transfers of production

9° mergers

10° Reduction in size or closure of undertakings, establishments or significant parts thereof;

11° collective redundancies.

Le comité d’entreprise européen se réunit au moins une fois par an.

Il est notamment informé sur :

3° L’évolution probable de ses activités ;

4° La production et les ventes ;

5° La situation et l’évolution probable de l’emploi ;

6° Les investissements ;

7° Les changements substantiels concernant l’organisation, l’introduction de nouvelles méthodes de travail ou de nouveaux procédés de production ;

8° Les transferts de production ;

9° Les fusions ;

10° La réduction de la taille ou la fermeture d’entreprises, d’établissements ou de parties importantes de ceux-ci ;

11° Les licenciements collectifs.
