Article L2351-1 of the French Labour Code

The provisions of this Title apply to

1° European Companies with registered offices in France incorporated in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) n° 2157/2001 of 8 October 2001 on the Statute for a European Company (SE);

2° Companies participating in the formation of a European Company and having their registered office in France;

3° Subsidiaries and establishments located in France of a European Company located in another Member State of the European Community or the European Economic Area.

Article L2351-1

Les dispositions du présent titre s’appliquent :

1° Aux sociétés européennes ayant leur siège en France constituées conformément au règlement (CE) n° 2157/2001 du Conseil du 8 octobre 2001 relatif au statut de la société européenne (SE) ;

2° Aux sociétés participant à la constitution d’une société européenne et ayant leur siège en France ;

3° Aux filiales et établissements situés en France d’une société européenne située dans un autre Etat membre de la Communauté européenne ou de l’Espace économique européen.
