Article L2351-3 of the French Labour Code

The arrangements for employee involvement in the European Company shall cover information, consultation and, where appropriate, participation.

They shall be determined by agreement between the management of the participating companies and the employee representatives in accordance with the provisions of this Title.

In the absence of an agreement, these arrangements shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Chapter III.

Les modalités de l’implication des salariés dans la société européenne recouvrent l’information, la consultation et, le cas échéant, la participation.

Elles sont arrêtées par accord conclu entre les dirigeants des sociétés participantes et les représentants des salariés conformément aux dispositions du présent titre.

A défaut d’accord, ces modalités sont arrêtées conformément aux dispositions du chapitre III.
