Where several forms of participation exist within the participating companies, the special negotiating body which decides to implement the participation arrangements provided for in Article L. 2352-17 first chooses, under the conditions provided for in Article L. 2352-13, which of these forms is to be applied within the European Company.

Lorsqu’il existe au sein des sociétés participantes plusieurs formes de participation, le groupe spécial de négociation qui décide de mettre en oeuvre les modalités de participation prévues à l’article L. 2352-17 choisit au préalable, dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 2352-13, laquelle de ces formes est appliquée au sein de la société européenne.
