Article L2361-4 of the French Labour Code

The provisions of Articles L. 2351-4 to L. 2351-6 relating to the definition of information, consultation and participation of employees in the European Company and the Committee of the European Company are applicable to European Cooperative Societies and to participating legal entities and natural persons as well as to their subsidiaries or establishments falling within the scope of this Title.

Les dispositions des articles L. 2351-4 à L. 2351-6 relatives à la définition de l’information, de la consultation et de la participation des salariés dans la société européenne et le comité de la société européenne sont applicables aux sociétés coopératives européennes et aux personnes morales et personnes physiques participantes ainsi qu’à leurs filiales ou établissements entrant dans le champ d’application du présent titre.
