Article L2364-2 of the French Labour Code

Four years after the establishment of the Committee of the European Cooperative Society, the latter shall examine whether it is appropriate to enter into negotiations with a view to concluding the agreement under the conditions defined in Chapter II of this Title.

In order to conduct these negotiations, the committee of the European Cooperative Society acts as a special negotiation body as provided for in articles L. 2362-1 and L. 2362-2.

The committee of the European Cooperative Society remains in office as long as it has not been renewed or replaced.

Article L2364-2

Quatre ans après l’institution du comité de la société coopérative européenne, celui-ci examine s’il convient d’engager des négociations en vue de conclure l’accord dans les conditions définies au chapitre II du présent titre.

Pour mener ces négociations, le comité de la société coopérative européenne fait office de groupe spécial de négociation tel que prévu aux articles L. 2362-1 et L. 2362-2.

Le comité de la société coopérative européenne demeure en fonction tant qu’il n’a pas été renouvelé ou remplacé.
