Article L2411-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The property and rights of the section are managed by the town council and the mayor.

When it is formed pursuant to Article L. 2411-3, the syndicate commission and its chairman exercise the management functions provided for in I of Article L. 2411-6, aux articles L. 2411-8 and L. 2411-10, in II of article L. 2411-14, as well as articles L. 2411-18 and L. 2412-1 and are consulted in the cases provided for in II of Article L. 2411-6 and in Articles L. 2411-7, L. 2411-11, L. 2411-12-2, L. 2411-15and L. 2411-18.

La gestion des biens et droits de la section est assurée par le conseil municipal et par le maire.

Lorsqu’elle est constituée en application de l’article L. 2411-3, la commission syndicale et son président exercent les fonctions de gestion prévues au I de l’article L. 2411-6, aux articles L. 2411-8 et L. 2411-10, au II de l’article L. 2411-14, ainsi qu’aux articles L. 2411-18 et L. 2412-1 et sont consultés dans les cas prévus au II de l’article L. 2411-6 et aux articles L. 2411-7, L. 2411-11, L. 2411-12-2, L. 2411-15 et L. 2411-18.
