The provisions of this chapter apply to

1° To employees of the State, regions, departments and municipalities with more than 10,000 inhabitants;

2° To employees of public or private companies, organisations and establishments when these companies, organisations and establishments are responsible for the management of a public service.

Les dispositions du présent chapitre s’appliquent :

1° Aux personnels de l’Etat, des régions, des départements et des communes comptant plus de 10 000 habitants ;

2° Aux personnels des entreprises, des organismes et des établissements publics ou privés lorsque ces entreprises, organismes et établissements sont chargés de la gestion d’un service public.
