Article L2524-8 of the French Labour Code

The Superior Court of Arbitration is presided over by the Vice-President of the Conseil d’Etat or by an active or honorary president of a section of the Conseil d’Etat.

It is composed equally of serving or honorary Councillors of State and serving or honorary senior judges.

La cour supérieure d’arbitrage est présidée par le vice-président du Conseil d’Etat ou par un président de section au Conseil d’Etat en activité ou honoraire, président.

Elle est composée de manière paritaire de conseillers d’Etat en activité ou honoraires et de hauts magistrats de l’ordre judiciaire en activité ou honoraires.
