Communal revenues are, where necessary, recovered by administrative means, in accordance with the provisions relating to the recovery of public funds.

Objections against claims by the commune that may be brought before the judicial courts are lodged by way of action.

The commune may defend the action without the authorisation of the representative of the State in the department.

Les recettes communales sont, en cas de besoin, recouvrées par voie administrative, d’après les dispositions relatives au recouvrement des deniers publics.

Les oppositions contre les créances de la commune susceptibles d’être portées devant les tribunaux judiciaires sont introduites par voie d’action.

La commune peut défendre à l’action sans autorisation du représentant de l’Etat dans le département.
