Article L2573-22 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I.-The Articles L. 2215-1 to L. 2215-8 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II.

II.-For the application of article L. 2215-8, after the words: “of its attributions”, the end of the paragraph reads as follows: “the services responsible for veterinary or hydrological matters under the authority of French Polynesia, under the conditions set out in Article 34 of the Organic Law of 27 February 2004 on the autonomous status of French Polynesia. An agreement between the State and French Polynesia shall define the terms and conditions of this provision.”

II.-Pour l’application de l’article L. 2215-8, après les mots : ” de ses attributions “, la fin de l’alinéa est ainsi rédigé : ” des services compétents en matière vétérinaire ou hydrologique relevant de la Polynésie française, dans les conditions prévues à l’article 34 de la loi organique du 27 février 2004 portant statut d’autonomie de la Polynésie française. Une convention entre l’Etat et la Polynésie française définit les modalités de cette mise à disposition “.
