Article L2573-24 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I.-The articles L. 2221-1 to L. 2221-7and L. 2221-9 to L. 2221-20 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II and III.

II.-For the application of Article L. 2221-1, at the end of the second paragraph, the following words are added: “concluded in accordance with the regulations applicable locally”.

III.-For the application of article L. 2221-5-1, after the words: “in an account opened”, the phrase is replaced by the words: “in one of the credit institutions, the list of which is set by decree”.

Article L2573-24

I.-Les articles L. 2221-1 à L. 2221-7 et L. 2221-9 à L. 2221-20 sont applicables aux communes de la Polynésie française sous réserve des adaptations prévues aux II et III.

II.-Pour l’application de l’article L. 2221-1, à la fin du deuxième alinéa, sont ajoutés les mots : ” conclus selon la réglementation applicable localement “.

III.-Pour l’application de l’article L. 2221-5-1, après les mots : ” sur un compte ouvert “, le membre de phrase est remplacé par les mots : ” dans un des établissements de crédit dont la liste est fixée par décret “.
