Article L2573-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The articles L. 2114-1 to L. 2114-3 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia, subject to the insertion, in article L. 2114-1, after the words: “decree of the Conseil d’Etat,” of the words: “after the opinion of the Assembly of French Polynesia and the Council of Ministers of French Polynesia, in accordance with Articles 97 and 134 of Organic Law no. 2004-192 of 27 February 2004 on the autonomous status of French Polynesia,”.
