I. – Articles L. 2341-1, L. 2342-1 to L. 2342-3, L. 2343-1 and L. 2343-2 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II.
II. – For the application of article L. 2342-2, the words: “de l’intérieur” are replaced by the words: “chargé de l’outre-mer”.
