Article L2573-58 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – Articles L. 2411-1 to L. 2411-3 and L. 2411-4 to L. 2411-19 and articles L. 2412-1 and L. 2412-2 shall apply to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II to VI.

II. – For the application of Article L. 2411-5, references to Articles L. 2113-17 et L. 2113-23 are replaced by the reference to Article L. 2113-23.

III. – For the application of Article L. 2411-7, the words: “by Articles L. 125-1 to L. 125-7 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code” are replaced by the words: “by locally applicable regulations”.

IV. – For the application of article L. 2411-10, the words: “to article L. 481-1 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code” and the words: “by Articles L. 331-2 to L. 331-5 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code” are replaced twice by the words: “by locally applicable regulations”.

V. – Repealed.

VI. – For the application of article L. 2412-1, the words: “and those resulting from the execution of commitments approved in application of articles L212-1, L212-2 and L212-4 of the new Forestry Code” are deleted.

Article L2573-58

I. – Les articles L. 2411-1 à L. 2411-3 et L. 2411-4 à L. 2411-19 et les articles L. 2412-1 et L. 2412-2 sont applicables aux communes de la Polynésie française sous réserve des adaptations prévues du II au VI.

II. – Pour l’application de l’article L. 2411-5, les références aux articles L. 2113-17 et L. 2113-23 sont remplacées par la référence à l’article L. 2113-23.

III. – Pour l’application de l’article L. 2411-7, les mots : ” par les articles L. 125-1 à L. 125-7 du code rural et de la pêche maritime ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” par la réglementation applicable localement “.

IV. – Pour l’application de l’article L. 2411-10, les mots : ” à l’article L. 481-1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime ” et les mots : ” par les articles L. 331-2 à L. 331-5 du code rural et de la pêche maritime ” sont remplacés deux fois par les mots : ” par la réglementation applicable localement “.

V. – Abrogé.

VI. – Pour l’application de l’article L. 2412-1, les mots : ” et celles résultant de l’exécution des engagements approuvés en application des articles L212-1, L212-2 et L212-4 du nouveau code forestier ” sont supprimés.
