Article L2728-1 of the French Public procurement code

The following provisions are applicable in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories to public contracts concluded by the State or its public establishments, subject to the powers devolved to this collectivity, in their wording resulting from Law no. 2020-1525 of 7 December 2020 on the acceleration and simplification of public action, unless otherwise stated in the table below.

Les dispositions suivantes sont applicables dans les Terres australes et antarctiques françaises aux marchés publics conclus par l’Etat ou ses établissements publics, sous réserve des compétences dévolues à cette collectivité, dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2020-1525 du 7 décembre 2020 d’accélération et de simplification de l’action publique, sauf mention contraire dans le tableau ci-après.
