Article L283-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of this book in Saint-Martin:
1° Access to work for foreigners is exercised under the conditions laid down by the legislation and regulations applicable locally and in compliance with the powers of the collectivity of Saint-Martin;
2° In article L. 223-1, the reference to Article L. 332-4 is deleted;
3° The second paragraph of Article L. 233-4 is deleted;
4° In Article L. 264-1, the references to articles L. 722-7, L. 732-8 and L. 754-3 to L. 754-5 are deleted.

Pour l’application du présent livre à Saint-Martin :
1° L’accès au travail des étrangers s’exerce dans les conditions prévues par la législation et de la réglementation applicables localement et dans le respect des compétences de la collectivité de Saint-Martin ;
2° A l’article L. 223-1, la référence à l’article L. 332-4 est supprimée ;
3° Le deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 233-4 est supprimé ;
4° A l’article L. 264-1, les références aux articles L. 722-7, L. 732-8 et L. 754-3 à L. 754-5 sont supprimées.
