Article L313-50-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

A representative of the members of the surety guarantee mechanism who are not credit institutions participates with voting rights in the Supervisory Board of the Deposit Guarantee and Resolution Fund, except when the latter takes decisions concerning the deposit guarantee or the investor guarantee.

It is elected by these members, each of whom has a number of votes proportional to the outstanding guarantee commitments covered by the guarantee.

It is subject to the incapacities set out in article L. 500-1.

Un représentant des adhérents au mécanisme de garantie des cautions qui ne sont pas établissements de crédit participe avec voix délibérative au conseil de surveillance du fonds de garantie des dépôts et de résolution, sauf quand ce dernier prend des délibérations concernant la garantie des dépôts ou la garantie des investisseurs.

Il est élu par ces adhérents, chacun d’eux disposant d’un nombre de voix proportionnel à l’encours des engagements de caution couverts par la garantie.

Il est soumis aux incapacités énoncées à l’article L. 500-1.
