Article L3241-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions relating to the legality control and budgetary control of the acts of departmental public establishments and departmental and territorial fire and rescue services are those laid down by Chapter II of Title III of Book I of Part Three and by Chapter II of Title I of Book VI of Part One.

The provisions relating to the finances of the departmental and territorial fire and rescue services are those laid down:

1° By Titles I and II of Book III of Part Three with the exception of the first paragraph of article L. 3312-2, 2°, 3° and 7° to 16° of article L. 3321-1 and article L. 3321-2;

2° By Chapters II and V of Title III of Book III of Part Three, with the exception of Article L. 3332-1, 2° to 6° and 10° of Article L. 3332-2 and 4° and 10° of article L. 3332-3;

3° By Title IV of Book III of Part Three.

Les dispositions relatives au contrôle de légalité et au contrôle budgétaire des actes des établissements publics départementaux et des services départementaux et territoriaux d’incendie et de secours sont celles fixées par le chapitre II du titre III du livre Ier de la troisième partie et par le chapitre II du titre Ier du livre VI de la première partie.

Les dispositions relatives aux finances des services départementaux et territoriaux d’incendie et de secours sont celles fixées :

1° Par les titres Ier et II du livre III de la troisième partie à l’exception du premier alinéa de l’article L. 3312-2, du 2°, du 3° et du 7° au 16° de l’article L. 3321-1 et de l’article L. 3321-2 ;

2° Par les chapitres II et V du titre III du livre III de la troisième partie, à l’exception de l’article L. 3332-1, du 2° au 6° et du 10° de l’article L. 3332-2 et des 4° et 10° de l’article L. 3332-3 ;

3° Par le titre IV du livre III de la troisième partie.
