Only the pursuing creditor, creditors registered on the seized property on the date of publication of the summons to pay and seizure, creditors registered on the property before publication of the title of sale and who have intervened in the proceedings, creditors listed in article 2377 and 3° of article 2402 of the Civil Code and creditors holding a security interest published on the seized property by destination before publication of the title of sale are entitled to assert their rights on the sale price.
