L’Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique peut conserver les données techniques mises à sa disposition pendant la durée nécessaire à l’exercice des compétences qui lui sont confiées au présent paragraphe.

La personne dont l’activité est d’offrir un accès à des services de communication au public en ligne est tenue d’informer l’autorité de la date à laquelle elle a débuté la suspension ; l’autorité procède à l’effacement des données à caractère personnel relatives à l’abonné dès le terme de la période de suspension.
