Article L332-3 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The procedure provided for in article L. 332-2 is applicable to the decision to refuse entry taken against the foreign national pursuant to Article 6 of Regulation 2016/399 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016. It is also applicable during checks carried out at an internal border in the event of the temporary reintroduction of checks at internal borders under the conditions provided for in Chapter II of Title III of the same Regulation.

Article L332-3

La procédure prévue à l’article L. 332-2 est applicable à la décision de refus d’entrée prise à l’encontre de l’étranger en application de l’article 6 du règlement 2016/399 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 9 mars 2016. Elle est également applicable lors de vérifications effectuées à une frontière intérieure en cas de réintroduction temporaire du contrôle aux frontières intérieures dans les conditions prévues au chapitre II du titre III du même règlement.
