Staying in the waiting area beyond four days from the initial placement decision may be authorised, by the liberties and detention judge ruling on the effective exercise of the rights recognised to the foreign national, for a period of not more than eight days.

Le maintien en zone d’attente au-delà de quatre jours à compter de la décision de placement initiale peut être autorisé, par le juge des libertés et de la détention statuant sur l’exercice effectif des droits reconnus à l’étranger, pour une durée qui ne peut être supérieure à huit jours.
