Article L343-8 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The conditions of access to waiting areas for the delegate of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees or its representatives, humanitarian associations or associations whose purpose is to help foreign nationals exercise their rights, and journalists holding the professional identity card mentioned in article L. 7111-6 du code du travail are laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Article L343-8

Les conditions d’accès aux zones d’attente du délégué du Haut-Commissariat des Nations unies pour les réfugiés ou de ses représentants, des associations humanitaires ou ayant pour objet d’aider les étrangers à exercer leurs droits, ainsi que des journalistes titulaires de la carte d’identité professionnelle mentionnée à l’article L. 7111-6 du code du travail sont fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
