Article L. 3313-1 is not applicable to the Department of Mayotte.

The approved budget and administrative account of the Département of Mayotte shall remain deposited at the Hôtel du Département where they shall be made available to the public on the spot within fifteen days of their adoption or, where applicable, their notification after settlement by the State representative. These documents may also be made available to the public in each canton, in a public place.

The public is notified of the availability of these documents by any means of publicity chosen by the President of the General Council.

Article L. 4313-2, with the exception of the second sentence of 9°, and Article L. 4313-3 are applicable to the Department of Mayotte.

The report on the budget guidelines mentioned in article L. 3312-1 presents a progress report on the measures set out in the convergence plan covering the territory of the Department of Mayotte.

L’article L. 3313-1 n’est pas applicable au Département de Mayotte.

Le budget et le compte administratif arrêtés du Département de Mayotte restent déposés à l’hôtel du Département où ils sont mis sur place à la disposition du public dans les quinze jours qui suivent leur adoption ou éventuellement leur notification après règlement par le représentant de l’Etat. Ces documents peuvent également être mis à la disposition du public dans chaque canton, dans un lieu public.

Le public est avisé de la mise à disposition de ces documents par tout moyen de publicité au choix du président du conseil général.

L’article L. 4313-2, à l’exception de la seconde phrase du 9°, et l’article L. 4313-3 sont applicables au Département de Mayotte.

Le rapport sur les orientations budgétaires mentionné à l’article L. 3312-1 présente un état d’avancement des mesures prévues par le plan de convergence couvrant le territoire du Département de Mayotte.
