Article L3821-1 of the French Public Health Code

Chapter I of Title I of Book I of this Part is applicable in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, in the wording resulting from Law No. 2017-1836 of 30 December 2017 on the financing of social security for 2018, with the exception of Articles L. 3111-3 and L. 3111-11.

Article L. 3111-4 is applicable to Wallis and Futuna in the version resulting from Act No. 2016-41 of 26 January 2016.

Article L3821-1

Le chapitre Ier du titre Ier du livre Ier de la présente partie est applicable dans le territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna, dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2017-1836 du 30 décembre 2017 de financement de la sécurité sociale pour 2018, à l’exception des articles L. 3111-3 et L. 3111-11.

L’article L. 3111-4 est applicable à Wallis-et-Futuna dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2016-41 du 26 janvier 2016.
