Article L3823-2 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of Chapters II, III and IV of Title I and those of Title II of Book IV of this Part, are applicable in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, subject to the provisions of Article L. 3823-3, in their wording resulting from Law No. 2019-222 of 23 March 2019 on programming 2018-2022 and reform for justice.

Article L. 3421-5 is applicable in its wording resulting from Law No. 2016-41 of 26 January 2016 on the modernisation of our healthcare system.

Article L3823-2

Les dispositions des chapitres II, III et IV du titre Ier et celles du titre II du livre IV de la présente partie, sont applicables dans le territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna, sous réserve des dispositions de l’article L. 3823-3, dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2019-222 du 23 mars 2019 de programmation 2018-2022 et de réforme pour la justice.

L’article L. 3421-5 est applicable dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2016-41 du 26 janvier 2016 de modernisation de notre système de santé.
