Article L3841-2 of the French Public Health Code

Chapter I bis of Title III of Book I of Part Three is applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia in the version resulting from Law no. 2022-1089 of 30 July 2022 putting an end to the exceptional regimes created to combat the epidemic linked to covid-19, subject to the following adaptations :

1° References to the département are replaced, as appropriate, by references to New Caledonia or French Polynesia;

2° (Repealed) ;

3° At the end of the first sentence of the first paragraph of I of Article L. 3131-13, the words: “of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency” are replaced by the words: “of the territorially competent health authorities of New Caledonia or French Polynesia”.

Article L3841-2

Le chapitre Ier bis du titre III du livre Ier de la troisième partie est applicable en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2022-1089 du 30 juillet 2022 mettant fin aux régimes d’exception créés pour lutter contre l’épidémie liée à la covid-19, sous réserve des adaptations suivantes :

1° Les références au département sont remplacées, selon le cas, par la référence à la Nouvelle-Calédonie ou par la référence à la Polynésie française ;

2° (Abrogé) ;

3° A la fin de la première phrase du premier alinéa du I de l’article L. 3131-13, les mots : “ du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ des autorités sanitaires territorialement compétentes de Nouvelle-Calédonie ou de Polynésie française ”.
