Article L3842-1 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of Chapter III of Title I and those of Title II of Book IV of this Part shall apply in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, subject to the provisions of Article L. 3842-4 as amended by Law No. 2019-222 of 23 March 2019 on programming 2018-2022 and reform for the justice system.

Articles L. 3422-1 and L. 3422-2 do not apply in New Caledonia.

Article L. 3421-5 is applicable in its wording resulting from Act No. 2016-41 of 26 January 2016 on the modernisation of our healthcare system.

Article L3842-1

Les dispositions du chapitre III du titre Ier et celles du titre II du livre IV de la présente partie sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française, sous réserve des dispositions de l’article L. 3842-4 dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2019-222 du 23 mars 2019 de programmation 2018-2022 et de réforme pour la justice.

Les articles L. 3422-1 et L. 3422-2 ne s’appliquent pas en Nouvelle-Calédonie.

L’article L. 3421-5 est applicable dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2016-41 du 26 janvier 2016 de modernisation de notre système de santé.
