Article L4132-19 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Each year the President reports to the Regional Council, in a special report, on the situation of the region, the state of implementation of the regional plan, and the activity and financing of the various departments of the region and the bodies that depend on it. The report details the state of implementation of the deliberations of the Regional Council and the financial situation of the region.

Chaque année le président rend compte au conseil régional, par un rapport spécial, de la situation de la région, de l’état d’exécution du plan régional, ainsi que de l’activité et du financement des différents services de la région et des organismes qui dépendent de celle-ci. Le rapport précise l’état d’exécution des délibérations du conseil régional et de la situation financière de la région.
