Article L4163-15 of the French Labour Code

The managing bodies shall record in the account the points corresponding to the data declared by the employer pursuant to article L. 4163-6 and shall inform the worker each year of the points acquired in respect of the previous year in a statement specifying each contract of employment for which a declaration was made and the exposure factors, as well as the procedures for contesting them referred to in article L. 4163-18. They shall provide the worker with an internet information service enabling him to find out the number of points he has acquired and used up during the previous calendar year, the total number of points in his account and the possible uses to which these points may be put.

They shall pay the sums representing the points that the worker wishes to allocate to the uses mentioned in 1° to 4° of I of article L. 4163-7, respectively, to the funders of the vocational training courses attended, to the employers concerned or to the relevant pension scheme.

A decree sets the conditions for application of this article.

Article L4163-15

Les organismes gestionnaires enregistrent sur le compte les points correspondant aux données déclarées par l’employeur en application de l’article L. 4163-6 et portent annuellement à la connaissance du travailleur les points acquis au titre de l’année écoulée dans un relevé précisant chaque contrat de travail ayant donné lieu à déclaration et les facteurs d’exposition ainsi que les modalités de contestation mentionnées à l’article L. 4163-18. Ils mettent à la disposition du travailleur un service d’information sur internet lui permettant de connaître le nombre de points qu’il a acquis et consommés au cours de l’année civile précédente, le nombre total de points inscrits sur son compte ainsi que les utilisations possibles de ces points.

Ils versent les sommes représentatives des points que le travailleur souhaite affecter aux utilisations mentionnées aux 1° à 4° du I de l’article L. 4163-7, respectivement, aux financeurs des actions de formation professionnelle suivies, aux employeurs concernés ou au régime de retraite compétent.

Un décret fixe les conditions d’application du présent article.
