Article L420-17 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Each trading platform shall make available to the public at least once a year, free of charge, data relating to the quality of execution of the transactions executed on it.

These periodic reports shall include detailed information on the price, costs, speed and likelihood of execution for the various financial instruments.

The obligations mentioned in this article shall apply from 28 February 2023.

Chaque plate-forme de négociation met à la disposition du public au moins une fois par an, sans frais, les données relatives à la qualité d’exécution des transactions qui y ont été effectuées.

Ces rapports périodiques incluent des informations détaillées sur le prix, les coûts, la rapidité et la probabilité d’exécution pour les différents instruments financiers.

Les obligations mentionnées au présent article sont applicables à compter du 28 février 2023.
