Article L421-19 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

A foreign national who holds the position of legal representative in an establishment or company established in France, as long as he or she is an employee or corporate officer in an establishment or company in the same group, will be issued with a multi-annual residence permit bearing the wording “talent passport” for a maximum period of four years, subject to providing proof of the salary threshold set by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Article L421-19

L’étranger qui occupe la fonction de représentant légal dans un établissement ou une société établie en France, dès lors qu’il est salarié ou mandataire social dans un établissement ou une société du même groupe, se voit délivrer une carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent ” d’une durée maximale de quatre ans, sous réserve de justifier du seuil de rémunération fixé par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
Cette carte permet l’exercice de l’activité commerciale ayant justifié sa délivrance.
