A foreign national who works as an employee under a fixed-term employment contract or who is seconded in accordance with articles L. 1262-1, L. 1262-2 and L. 1262-2-1 of the Labour Code will be issued with a temporary residence permit marked “temporary worker” for a maximum period of one year.
The issue of this residence permit is subject to the prior possession of a work permit, under the conditions set out in articles L. 5221-2 et seq. of the French Labour Code.
