The conditions for application of articles L. 421-9 to L. 421-11 and L. 421-13 to L. 421-21 are set by decree in the Conseil d’Etat. This decree specifies in particular the conditions for issuing the card for the categories of foreign nationals mentioned in articles L. 421-16, L. 421-17, L. 421-18, L. 421-20 and L. 421-21.
Les conditions d’application des articles L. 421-9 à L. 421-11 et L. 421-13 à L. 421-21 sont fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat. Ce décret précise notamment les conditions de délivrance de la carte pour les catégories d’étrangers mentionnées aux articles L. 421-16, L. 421-17, L. 421-18, L. 421-20 et L. 421-21.
