Article L422-13 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The family members of a foreign national who has been issued with a temporary residence permit bearing the wording “seeking employment or setting up a business”, as provided for in article L. 422-10, after having held a multi-annual residence permit bearing the wording “talent-researcher passport”, as provided for in article L. 421-14, are issued with a multiannual residence permit bearing the wording “talent passport (family)” for a period identical to the remaining period of validity of their spouse’s or parent’s residence permit.

This residence permit is valid for a period of three years.

Les membres de la famille de l’étranger qui s’est vu délivrer la carte de séjour temporaire portant la mention ” recherche d’emploi ou création d’entreprise ” prévue à l’article L. 422-10 après avoir été titulaire de la carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent-chercheur ” prévue à l’article L. 421-14, se voient délivrer une carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent (famille) ” d’une durée identique à la période de validité restant à courir de la carte de séjour de leur conjoint ou parent.
